First Nations Health Authority | HPV Campaign
For You, Your Future, Your Community – Awareness Campaign for Indigenous Youth
The First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) approached Ecstatic to support in the strategy, direction and production of an HPV vaccination awareness campaign targeting Indigenous youth aged 9-18, including boys, girls, and two-spirited individuals. The campaign key objectives; to increase HPV vaccine awareness as a cancer prevention tool, empower informed decision-making, and boost vaccination rates among eligible First Nations youth in BC.
Ecstatic lead the creative direction and production alongside a team of Indigenous talent for the photography and video shoot. The team ran a multi-channel campaign including social media, Google ads, radio ads, a website landing page, and strategic outdoor advertising. The campaign leveraged Indigenous-specific and youth-oriented strategies, channels, and events for maximum impact. Community engagement efforts involve event participation, sponsorship, and a youth art contest. Additional tactics included developing resource tools and collateral packages for nurses and care centres to support the campaign’s objectives and reach.
